The position of the par three 10th, with the
green on the brow of a hill, means that the
wind often plays a significant part. The green
slopes from back to front quite severely,
and anything big will leave an almost impossible
chip up and onto a downhill green. The aim
is to keep the ball below the hole from the
tee, but this means braving the bunkers which
protect the front and left of the green.
