Lanark Ladies held their Tintock Tap Open Day on Friday 20th May as a triple team competition.
The winners of the Tintock Tap Trophy with a magnificent 64 were Alison Jarvis, Sheila Shedden and Moyra Withycombe from Prestwick St Nicholas.
Teams from Strathaven (K Henry, A Cameron and L Syme) and Merchants of Edinburgh (N Hogg, D Lawson and J MacDonald) were 2nd and 3rd with 65s. Lanark’s M Reid and R Hunter, with C McMillan (St Regulas) were 4th with 66, and Harburn team S McEwan, D Wilson and H Deerness were 5th with a 67.
The four-ball raffle winners came from The Glen, Strathaven and Lanark. Well over £600 was raised for Macmillan Cancer Support.
