A memorable golfing experience awaits you at Lanark Golf Club, the 25th oldest golf club in the world. Our Old Course is a par 70 moorland course laid out over ancient glacial sands designed by James Braid. The course is characterised by a range of testing fairways that drain freely and large fast greens that are played and enjoyed throughout the calendar year. Stunning views of Tinto and the surrounding hills and wildlife of the Southern Uplands enhance the golfing experience.
The course has hosted national and international amateur championships as well as regional qualifying for The Open Championship. Our Wee Course is a Par 29, 9 hole course that provides a good challenge for junior, novice and experienced golfers alike. Club Members and the Course Management Team take great pride in the condition of both our courses.
You are most welcome to visit our club and experience Scottish moorland golf at its very best.
