Lanark Golf Club welcomes new members. At present the club is accepting new members for 2024 season.

Full membership is available to men and women over the age of 18
Application forms:
(a) should be signed by a Proposer and a Seconder both of whom must be known to the applicant and be full ordinary or honorary members of the Club
or
(b) be supported by a letter of introduction from the applicant’s previous golf club. In this case potential members may be invited for a short interview by the Council.
The current (2023) joining fee is £600.00. Facilities are available to phase payment of joining fee, up to a maximum of 5 years.
There is no joining fee for Juniors. Annual subscription for 2023 is:
As an introductory offer any new Junior member under 12 will get their first year’s membership F.O.C. The Club has increased the maximum age for youth members from Under 21 to Under 25. This is split into 2 categories of Under 21 and Under 25 . These categories carry a discount off the full subscription of 60% and 50% respectively. The Joining Fee for these categories has no discount. All decisions on membership rest with the Club Council
Social Membership is available at a cost of £35 per annum. To qualify for social membership you must be proposed by a full member.

People living within the Royal Burgh of Lanark can become Residenters. This entitles them to play on the courses but not to use the clubhouse or participate in competitions. Residenter membership for 2023 costs £525.00 (adult) and £400.00 (senior citizen).
Access to a Quality Course: being a member of Lanark GC gives you the opportunity to play when you like, as often as you like and how you like, whether you enjoy the challenge of weekly competition or a relaxing social game.
Friendly Club: Lanark GC is a friendly club where new members are made to feel welcome.
Great Golf Course: the golf course at Lanark GC is great fun to play for golfers whatever their ability. There are interesting holes, picturesque holes and challenging holes. The terrain is generally level so it is not a gruelling course to play. We also have the benefit of “The Wee Course” – an enjoyable short 9-hole course, recently rated for competition play.
Competitive Golf: being a member of Lanark GC golf allows you to play regular ladies and gents club competitions throughout the summer season including medal, stableford, bogey, knockout and Texas scramble.
Ladies Section: Lanark GC has a fantastic Ladies Section which hold organised competitions on Fridays and Sundays and participate in regular competitive Greenlees team matches against other clubs.
Friendly Clubhouse Environment: our clubhouse is a great place for eating, drinking and socialising with your friends or family. Children are made welcome.
Extras: Lanark GC members can book the Clubhouse Dining Room and Lounge room for private functions at no cost (subject to availability). Social evenings take place regularly.
